Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp or email hello@valuebakingsupplies.co.za within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll replace or refund.

Perishables

For health and safety reasons, opened food items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Refunds are processed via PayFast back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
